Templates and handoff to Builder

After AI generation completes, you pick a visual template that "dresses" the presentation.

5 built-in templates

Same templates as in the Smart Presentation builder:

  • Atelier — minimalistic, white, serious. For corporate and B2B.
  • Folio — soft beige, serif font, elegant. For creatives and portfolios.
  • Bolt — dark, bold colors, sans-serif. For tech and startups.
  • Maison — pastel colors, playful. For lifestyle and B2C.
  • Press — high contrast, journalistic. For press releases and reports.

There's no extra info on hover — the choice is visual. When in doubt, Atelier is universal.

What happens after picking

  1. Pekari takes the structured slides and applies the template
  2. A new project is created in the Builder
  3. The project gets:
    • Title (from "Output title" or the first cover slide)
    • Format 16:9 (classic presentation, changeable in Builder)
    • A link to the notebook (pekari_notebook_id) — history stays connected
  4. Redirect into Builder — keep editing

What doesn't carry over

  • Images and videos — Pekari works with text only. Add visuals in Builder.
  • Music and narration — also added in Builder.
  • Animations — Pekari produces static structure; animations are set up by you.

Builder after Pekari

Once in Builder you have a full editor:

  • Edit texts, add images/videos
  • Restyle — re-dress a slide with a different template (10 credits)
  • Animations — fade, slide-in, zoom
  • Export — PDF, PPTX, MP4, HTML, to feed
  • Share — public link, embed

Changing template after creation

Pekari applies the template only once. If you don't like the result:

  1. Restyle per slide — in Builder right-click a slide → Restyle → pick a different template (10 credits per slide)
  2. New output from the notebook — your notebook keeps the source history. Click Generate again, pick a different template. AI runs again (15 credits).
  3. Manually — change texts and layouts in Builder for free.

Tips

  • Template shapes content perception — Atelier feels professional, Bolt energetic. Pick by audience.
  • Same content → different templates — for different audiences (leadership, team, client) you can generate 3× from the same notebook with different templates.
  • Template isn't final — in Builder you see the edited slide; nothing forces you to keep it as-is.
