AI generation in Pekari

After uploading sources you click Generate and AI creates structured slides.

Settings before generation

Slide count

Pick from presets: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20.

  • 4–6 slides — short pitch, summary
  • 8–10 slides — standard presentation, meeting
  • 12–15 slides — workshop, training material
  • 20 slides — complex topic, deep dive

AI tries to hit the chosen count but may drift ±1 based on content structure.

Presentation goal (optional)

Short description of who the presentation is for and why. Examples:

  • For company leadership, 3-minute pitch
  • Workshop for juniors, explain from basics
  • Investor pitch, emphasis on numbers
  • Internal training, step by step

The goal helps AI adapt tone and depth — without it, a generic style is used.

Output title (optional)

If you leave it empty, AI fills it from content (typically the topic of the first chapter).

What AI does

  1. Concatenates all source texts
  2. Extracts structure from content: cover → content → stats → closing
  3. For each slide builds title, subtitle, body and points (bullets)
  4. Returns a list of structured slides for further processing

Structured slides are not a presentation yet — they lack visual style. The chosen template adds it.

Cost

15 credits per generation — regardless of slide count or source count. Credits are deducted only after AI succeeds (on failure nothing is charged).

The template is applied for free — you don't spend credits on styling.

Slide types

AI recognises 4 types from content:

TypeUse
Coverfirst slide, presentation name, subtitle
Contentmain body — explanation, points, walkthrough
Statsnumbers, charts, data claims
Closingsummary, call to action, contact

After generation you see preview badges with each slide's type (1 · Cover, 2 · Content, …) — useful to quickly see structure before picking a template.

When AI returns a poor structure

  • Add the presentation goal — without it AI guesses; with it AI adapts.
  • Reduce slide count — when AI has to stretch little content across many slides, it starts inventing.
  • Split sources — if the result didn't land, try generating again with a different combination (the old run costs 15 credits, but you can add/remove a source and retry).
  • Edit in Builder — the structured output is a starting point, not a finished presentation.
