Analytics

After the event you'll find an Analytics button in the event detail. You get an overview of what happened — how many people joined, how they voted, what they asked.

KPI cards (top)

CardMeaning
ParticipantsUnique participants who joined and voted or sent a question at least once.
Total responsesSum of all votes / answers across all polls.
Q&A questionsNumber of questions submitted to Q&A.
Polls activatedHow many of the prepared questions you actually ran (vs. drafts).

Activity over time

Chart in 15-minute buckets. Bars show the combination of votes and Q&A questions. Useful to identify peaks — when the audience was most active.

Question table

For each poll you see:

  • Question — the text.
  • Type — multiple choice, quiz, etc.
  • Responses — number of votes.
  • Participation — % of participants who voted (green ≥ 70%, amber 40–70%, red < 40%).
  • Top answer — most common choice (multiple choice / quiz only).

Tip: Low participation on a question often means it came too late, was boring or unclear.

Q&A overview

  • Total questions submitted.
  • Answered with text — how many have a written answer.
  • ⌀ upvotes — average votes per question.
  • Approved / Highlighted / Answered — breakdown by state.

Quiz performance

If the event has quiz questions, you get:

  • ⌀ score / participant — average points.
  • Max score — highest achieved.
  • Total responses — all attempts.
  • Success rate — % correct across all questions.
  • Per question — questions ranked from easiest (high %) to hardest (low %).

Tip: Questions with success rate < 30% were probably too hard or poorly phrased. Questions at 100% were too easy. Aim for 50–70%.

Export

From analytics you can:

  • Download CSV (coming soon) — raw data for Excel.
  • AI summary — short text report (see AI features).
  • Smart Presentation — results as presentation slides (see event panel → Export to Presentation button).

What's next

  • Follow-up email to participants — send them a summary + available archive.
  • Iterate — drop the weakly-engaging questions next time.
  • Team / client — send analytics as evidence of audience interest.
