AI features in Q-Live

Q-Live includes three AI tools that save preparation time. All run on GPT-4o-mini and cost credits from your monthly bundle.

1. Poll generator

From a short topic description it generates 3–5 polls (multiple choice).

When to use: You're preparing a presentation about topic X and want a few polls on it. Just type "Cybersecurity in companies in 2026" and you get a finished draft.

Cost: 10 credits.

Steps:

  1. In the event panel click + New question → AI.
  2. Fill in topic, number of questions, language.
  3. AI suggests questions with options. Approve, edit or discard.

2. Quiz from article

From a long text (article, presentation, material) it generates quiz questions with correct answers.

When to use: You're running training and have materials in PDF/Word. Paste the text, AI generates 5–10 quiz questions to test knowledge.

Cost: 20 credits.

Steps:

  1. In the event panel click + New question → AI → From article.
  2. Paste the text (up to ~30,000 characters).
  3. AI suggests quiz questions with correct answers. Edit as needed.

3. Event summary (AI summary)

After the event ends, generates a short text summary: what was asked, how the audience voted, key findings, Q&A questions.

When to use: After a conference, send a follow-up email with the summary. Or save a report for a client.

Cost: 15 credits.

Steps:

  1. After the event ends, open Analytics.
  2. Click AI summary.
  3. You can copy, export or add to Smart Presentation.

Who has access to AI features

AI features are turned off by default for regular users. An admin activates them in the user profile.

If you need AI features enabled, email info@pmgclub.com.

Admin users have AI features always active without any setup.

Credits

  • Your credit balance is in Billing → Credits.
  • Premium plans get credits each month.
  • If AI fails (timeout, error), credits are refunded automatically.

Tips for better results

  • Be specific in the topic. Instead of "Marketing" write "Performance marketing for small e-shops".
  • Czech vs English — pick based on your audience, AI works in both.
  • Always review the generated content before launching — AI occasionally fabricates a factual inaccuracy.
