What is Smart Presentation
Smart Presentation is an AI-driven presentation tool in PMG Club at the
path /tools/presentations. You provide a topic or upload a PPTX/PDF, AI
generates the structure and content of the presentation, you tweak it or publish
it directly to the feed.
Smart Presentation stores presentations in the smart_presentations table. It
is a different tool from Presentation Builder — see the comparison below.
What Smart Presentation does
- AI generates content — you provide a topic (e.g. "Cybersecurity for small businesses 2026") and AI creates 4–20 slides with text and structure
- Import as an AI on-ramp — upload a PPTX or PDF, AI extracts the content and produces a new presentation
- Restyle — converts the presentation to another template / palette in one click
- Translate — translates the entire presentation into another language (GPT-4o-mini, 8 languages)
- VoiceGen — AI generates voice narration for every slide (OpenAI TTS)
- Embed to feed — publish the presentation as a post (autoplay in the feed)
- Export — PPTX and PDF
What Smart Presentation does NOT do
- It is not a visual editor — Smart has no drag-and-drop canvas for objects.
If you want to edit individual slide objects (move text, change fonts, animate
elements, embed videos with custom subtitles, etc.), use the
Presentation Builder at
/tools/builder. - No per-object animations — Smart slides have simple transitions between slides, not sophisticated animation sequences
- No audio mixing — Smart only has optional AI narration, no mixing of global music with per-slide tracks
- No Mobile Clicker, no Q-Live widgets inside the slide — these are Builder features

Sharing with your team
Smart Presentation supports group sharing (since 2026-06-04). The owner can share a presentation with a user group as view or edit. Edit access today means being able to publish / regenerate — Smart has no live editor, so an edit lock is not needed.
Groups are always managed by an administrator — users must ask the admin to be added. See Group content sharing.
