FAQ

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (month / 6-month / year). Until then the plan keeps running.

How do I pay? Through Mo.one — instant payment by bank transfer from your mobile banking app (Czech banks: Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, KB, Air Bank, Fio, Raiffeisen, mBank etc.). No cards. Activated immediately after payment.

Can I try Premium for free? For selected users we give a month of Premium for free. Send a request from the Choose a plan page — an admin will get back to you. Not guaranteed.

How do AI credits in Premium Plus work? 500 credits monthly, refilled on the 1st of every month. Unused credits don't roll over. Per-action prices are in AI credits — how they work (Pekari synthesis ~ 50, Smart Presentation ~ 30, AI Q-Live translation ~ 20 etc.).

What if I need more credits? You can top-up a credit pack via admin or Mo.one. Contact support.

Invoice? After each payment you get a DDPP invoice (Czech VAT payers) or OSS invoice (EU outside CZ) by email. Paperless, downloadable from /settings/billing.
