Connect your own AI — and save credits

Most AI features in PMGclub consume credits. But there is a second path: connect your own AI to PMGclub — Claude or another AI client you already pay for by subscription. Your AI then does the "thinking" work itself and PMGclub just hands it the tools. No credits are charged for that work.

The feature is available on the Business Premium plan (built on MCP — Model Context Protocol).

What your AI can do in PMGclub

  • Presentation translations — the AI loads your presentation texts, translates them itself and saves the result back as a language overlay or a standalone copy. No translation credits.
  • Creating presentations — describe your intent ("make me a deck about…"), the AI reads the Builder guide, composes slides in your template and returns an editor link.
  • Template design — the AI proposes a look (colors, layouts, fonts) and creates a template you fine-tune in the editor.
  • Q-Live polls — the AI prepares a poll or quiz and inserts the voting QR slide straight into your deck.
  • Icons in M-icon — send the AI a reference (logo, image, description) in chat and it drafts an icon straight into your "My icons" library. It stays fully editable — fine-tune it in Tools → M-icon and download it as SVG/PNG.
  • Editing existing presentations — a backup is saved automatically before every change; one click restores it.
  • Help at hand — ask your AI "how do I … in PMGclub" and it searches this help itself, reads the page and answers by it, with a link to the page.

What still runs on credits

Built-in AI features that call our services keep consuming credits — typically voiceover, image generation, in-app AI assistants and translations triggered by buttons inside the app. Your own AI is a complement, not a replacement: use it for heavy creation and translations, keep credits for the in-app extras.

How to connect (2 minutes)

The easiest path — Claude Desktop or claude.ai (Pro/Max plan):

  1. In Claude open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector
  2. Paste the address: 
    https://pmgclub.com/api/mcp
  3. Click Connect, sign in with your PMGclub account and approve access
  4. Done — tell Claude e.g.: "Translate my latest presentation into English."

Management and safety

  • Connected AI apps are listed under Account → Connected apps — access can be revoked with one click at any time.
  • The AI works only with your content and only through approved tools; it sees no other data.
  • Every AI action is subject to the same limits and backups as work done in the app.

When it pays off

If you hit the credit ceiling every month because of translations or presentation generation, your own AI moves those operations into the AI subscription you already pay for — credits stay available for features that have no other path (voiceover, images). For Premium and Premium Plus plans this is, along with postpaid billing, one of the main reasons to upgrade to Business Premium.
