Creating a short link

Steps

1. Open Tools → Short URL.
2. Click New link.
3. In the dialog fill in:
   • Slug — the part after /feedx/. You can:
     • Type your own (e.g. q1-2026, new-video, pricing).
     • Click ↻ for a random 6-character code (a7k3xp).
   • Target URL — where the link should lead. Must start with http:// or https://.
   • Title (optional) — for your own orientation in the list ("Q1 video for clients", "Pricing 2026").
   • Expiration (optional) — 7 / 30 / 90 days / 1 year / no expiration.
4. Create.

Availability check

As you type the slug, you see right away if it's available:

Slugs are global — if someone in PMGclub has youtube, you can't. The random generator always finds a free one.

What happens after creation

The link is functional immediately:

• pmgclub.com/feedx/{your-slug} → redirect to target URL.
• Appears in the list on your Short URL page.
• You can copy (icon on the row) and share anywhere.

Changes after creation

After creation you can't change the slug or target URL (otherwise people with the link end up somewhere unexpected). What you can do:

• Disable (ON/OFF toggle) — link returns 404, clicks are not counted.
• Delete — full removal including click history.
• Change expiration — (not yet in UI, but you can delete and recreate with the same slug).
