Managing a banner after creation

The banner list at the bottom of the page shows all your banners — active and deactivated.

Table columns

  • Banner — colored square (background) + title
  • Link — where a click goes (truncated)
  • Position — Left / Right / Both
  • Credits — how many credits the banner cost
  • Status — eye icon (active) / crossed-out eye (off)
  • Actions — pencil (edit) + trash (delete)

Activation and deactivation

Click the eye icon in the "Status" column:

  • 👁 green = active (banner is shown on the portal)
  • 👁‍🗨 gray = deactivated (banner is saved but not shown)

Important:

  • Deactivation doesn't refund credits
  • A banner counts against the limit only when active — with a 1-banner plan you can keep multiple "ready" deactivated and rotate them
  • Reactivating an already-deactivated banner is free (credits were charged at creation)

Active banner limits

Plans cap concurrently active banners:

  • Premium: 1 at a time
  • Premium Plus: 3 at a time
  • Premium Business: 5 at a time

If you have 1 active and want a second, you must deactivate the first. The UI warns you about the limit.

Time window

If you've set "Show to", the banner auto-deactivates after that date. You can reactivate it manually or extend the date by editing.

Tip: for promos set a time window during creation — you won't need to remember the deadline.

Deleting a banner

Click trash → confirmation dialog → banner disappears.

Note:

  • Deletion doesn't refund credits
  • A deleted banner can't be restored — to just pause, use deactivation

Credits in the UI

At the top you see a plan card with:

  • Plan — your current one (FREE / Premium / Plus / Business)
  • Banners used — how many are active out of the limit (e.g. 2 / 3)
  • Cost per banner — how many credits creating 1 banner costs

Account credit balance is in Avatar → Credits (top bar).

What happens when you downgrade

If you move from Premium Business (5 banners) to Premium (1 banner):

  • Your banners stay in the DB
  • Only 1 of them will be shown (the one with the lowest active-order)
  • The rest are automatically paused
  • You can switch which is active manually in the UI

If you move to the FREE plan, all banners stop showing. Returning to Premium re-enables the limit.

Tips

  • Rotate banners — keep multiple banners for different campaigns/seasons and activate the relevant one
  • Track CTR — since tracking is currently missing, monitor the destination page's traffic in Google Analytics
  • A/B testing — create 2 versions of the same message (different text/colors), rotate monthly, compare results
