Withdrawal from the contract

Form for consumers (within 14 days of contract conclusion)

How to withdraw

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). Note: if at order you gave your express consent to start the service before the 14-day period expired and the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal ceases (§ 1837(a) of the Czech Civil Code). For details see Terms of Service, art. 8.3.

What happens next

  • We will process the request without undue delay, within 14 days at the latest.
  • If you did not consent to service start before the period expired, we will refund the full amount paid via the same payment method.
  • If service has been partially provided, we will refund the proportional amount for the unused portion of the prepaid period.
