This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by the PMGclub platform (pmgclub.com) and the miroslavpekarek.com portal, what they are used for, and how you can manage them.
The platform operator is PMG Capital s.r.o., Company ID: 06998771, registered at Bohuslava Niederleho 1018, 272 04 Kladno, Czech Republic.

The platform uses only strictly necessary cookies and localStorage items. We do not use any marketing or third-party tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ad networks, etc.).
These cookies are essential for the functioning of the platform. Without them, you cannot sign in or use most features. The platform itself does not use any third-party cookies for advertising or analytics. However, when using certain features, cookies may be loaded directly from providers:

On your first visit, you will see a cookie banner. Your decision (accepted / declined) is stored in cookie_consent. You can change it at any time by deleting this item in your browser settings.
Important: Since the platform does not use marketing or analytics cookies, the "decline" button is in practice formal — strictly necessary cookies (Supabase Auth, locale) are required for the user to sign in and for the application to function.

localStorage is cleared together with other site data in browser settings (typically in the section "Clear browsing data" → "Site data" / "Cookies and other site data").
This Policy may be updated, in particular: - when a new feature is added that requires new cookies - when a new third party is introduced - when legal regulations change
We will notify users of material changes by email and via in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Minor wording adjustments (e.g. contact change, typo fixes) will be published without prior notice.
